As always, our online store team is committed to serve you. In order to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, we would like you to know the following:

Shipping & Returns

Ziptown Trading Inc. is professionally involved in selling high quality, high-value added products therefore our business model may differ from any other merchant.

1. The original return form is required to return all merchandise bought on ZIPTOWN.ca. Please send an email to request the RMA (return merchandise authorization) form at contactus@ziptown.ca.
2. Items must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
3. Items can be returned within 7 calendar days of the date you receive your package.

4. We do not accept returns & refunds on the customized products, neither refund will be accorded in case if you received a sample material before ordering.

5. $89.90+ orders ship free in Canada (conditions apply to remote locations). We offer free tracked shipping to the USA & European countries for $189.90+ orders . Conditions apply to remote locations.
6. We are not responsible for the returns shipping fees unless you are shipping a damaged product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will charge you $19.99 restocking fees covering a part of the shipping cost that we paid for the silk duvets returns only as they are considered to be bulky and heavier items than any other category advertised and sold at our website. We offer free returns & exchanges in Montreal (please contact us by email for an appointment). You will still be charged shipping cost for shipments in Montreal & surroundings by our peered company providing us with the courier services. We recommend to use a tracked option for all the returns that you may have to ship back to us. We offer a 100$ insurance included in the original shipment to all our customers (except for non-tracked 4$, 6$ shipments), not covering lost return shipments.
7. Under certain uncommon circumstances, and for remote locations, shipping cost for some International and Canada’s remote location orders may exceed our regular postage fees that we may not absorb. If a higher shipping charge is necessary on your order at the time of shipping, we will notify you via email for your approval before shipping your order.

8. Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please allow 4-6 business days as peak sale events and holidays. We accept most major credit cards.

9. We ship only to the Billing Address on file with your credit card or bank and cannot ship to PO boxes. All orders that have shipping addresses that do not match will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on time delivery, please ship to your Billing Address. It is advised not to select if you live in a building with no one to receive your packages, if you are not home.  We cannot be responsible for packages left unattended. Our web site is powered by WordPress & WooCommerce, therefore all your orders will be securely processed and fulfilled.
10. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
11. Merchandise sold at sale & promo prices will not be eligible for refunds.
12. We do not offer price adjustments.
